Thank you for your continued understanding and support of student activities in the University of Toyama’s medical and pharmaceutical faculties.

Our student-led Medical and Pharmaceutical Festival creates opportunities for local residents, organizations, companies, students and staff to meet, while sharing the activities of students studying medicine and pharmacy with the wider community.

We invite companies and organizations who share our aims to support us through sponsorship or advertising. Please consider helping us provide students with opportunities to learn and grow.

Sponsorship Contributions

Each sponsorship unit is ¥1,000. Advertising and logo benefits depend on the number of units contributed. Minimum contributions for each benefit are listed below. Contributions cover venue operations, publicity materials, equipment, programs and other costs required to hold the festival.

Cancellation Policy

If the festival is cancelled due to natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, a university decision or other unavoidable circumstances, 80% of the sponsorship contribution will be refunded. Production and preparation expenses already incurred for brochures, T-shirt logos and similar items may be excluded from refunds.
